The sublime 2018 Domaine Vincey champagnes are soon to arrive. From maybe the most prestigious grower in the Cote des Blancs. Rare and limited.

Oger Chardonnay Selection of 2 old vines from the main terroir of the village (“Coin Gris” et “Le Grand Jardin”). Massales plantations from 1955 and 1967. Clay & Limestones soils :Brown clays, chalk gravels, crumbly and hard chalks. 50% harvest 2018 aged 25 months on lees in French oak barrels 50% harvest 2019 aged 13 months on lees in French oak barrels. Chardonnay Grand Cru from Oger and le Mesnil sur Oger. Selection of old vines from the 2 Grands Crus villages :(“Le Grand Jardin”, “Chemin de Châlons” et “Auge”)Massales plantations in 1967, 1968 and 1971.Limestone soils on chalk. Wine from the cuvée juices. Wild yeasts and natural malo-lactic fermentation and aging 27 months on lees in French oak barrels. Bottled on 2021 December, 24th.
